We were lucky enough to be able to attend SagE's third birthday family celebration. Great food, thank you Jason, and wonderful family. Sop much fun and again everyone was so welcoming to me. Just the best!

Adrian was lucky enough to see Cael play in a semi-final tournament for his ball team. the team went on to win the tournament the next day. Way to go, Cael!!

Today we're heading back to Calgary. We'll be staying with Jamie and Jason and attending SagE's third birthday celebration on Sunday.
What a gorgeous drive home, we traveled a different route home,. through Fernie BC and we got to see Frank's slide too!

This morning we started with an update on the Story House project in Sheridan Wyoming. We got to see some of the architectural renderings and designs for Phase 1. Adrian's piece of this project, affordable housing for veterans, is ramping up too!

Today we attended the main event - the opening of the new Story House Montana Sound Stage. So much fun, great food, good crowd, some great illustrations of what's to come, red carpet photos and some wine for toasting. The opening was followed by a group dinner at a local Ranchland Restaurant. We were well hosted and felt very welcome and lucky to have been able to be part of this event!

On Wednesday we flew to Calgary and got to spend a night and a quick morning coffee with jamie, Jason, Cael and SagE - then we headed south to Missoula. We're in Missoula for the opening of the Story House Sound Stage. What an amzing drive, even on a cloudy and rainy day. No border issues at all - 3 minute stop and good to go! On our way we stopped in Kalispell for a beer at the Moose Saloon, a nostalgic visit for Adrian. Just as he remembered it, sawdust on the floor, great beer, cold glasses and peanuts in the shell.
In Missoula we checked into our hotel, The Wren. I was surprised to see Hudson Bay Blanket on the bed, complete with tags indicating it was a Glacier Park Blanket - WTF!

Today, Adrian's daughter Lark arrived in Halifax. We now have two daughters living in Nova Scotia. It was so much fun to join Brooklyn and Bishop in welcoming Lark to this wonderful province. We are very excited to have all of them so close.

After greeting Lark on her arrival in Halifax we headed to the Valley to look at roses and for lunch. Had a great lunch at The Church Pub, one of our favs - too cold to enjoy rose shopping though so we headed home.
