Today we head to Arusha in preparation for our flight tomorrow to Zanzibar. It's been an amazing 10 days here and I know we'll all miss it - great friends, food and so much laughter. Noah's been using his medical training and skills to help some members of the community - so before we leave Noah will take them to the doctor for some antibiotics and the team will go along and buy some supplies for the onsite nurse. Pretty sure Noah helped save a guys leg if not his life.
